Refund Policy (Return & Exchange Policy)

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason unless the item is proven to be defective due to our manufacturing error and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Any Potential Exception Only defective items may be considered. The following will not be accepted under any circumstances:

  • Opened, used, or installed items
  • Items without original packaging, tags, and labels
  • Products with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Personalized, custom-made, or digital products
  • Sale/discounted items

How to Report a Defect If you believe the product is defective, contact us immediately at info@bevoss.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a detailed description. We reserve the sole right to determine whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, or (in rare cases) refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
