What is BeVoss Jewellery made of?

925 sterling silver — nickel-free, skin-safe. Some styles come in gold vermeil, which is real gold over sterling silver. Warmer tone, same quality base.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. 925 silver is naturally hypoallergenic.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and more.

Can I cancel my order?

Reach out within 1 hour of purchase at support@bevoss.com. After that, the order is already in process.

How do I get in touch?

How long is delivery?

Delivery takes 5–18 days, depending on your exact location.

We always try to ship as fast as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, across Europe, the UK, Canada, and Australia. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, just reach out before placing your order and we'll let you know.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking is sent 1–3 days after placing your order, right after dispatch.

What if the product arrives damaged?

This has never happened — every hoodie is personally inspected before shipping.

But if it ever does, we will immediately send you a brand-new replacement.

Who pays for the return shipping?

All sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges, so please take a moment to review your order before checking out.

How do I take care of my pieces?

Store them in the pouch when you're not wearing them. Keep them away from water, perfume, and lotions — those are the main things that affect the finish over time. When needed, just wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

Will the gold finish last?

Yes, with the right care it holds up really well. The main things to avoid are moisture and harsh chemicals. Take them off before showering, swimming, or applying products and they'll stay looking the way they should.

Is your jewellery nickel-free?

Yes. All BeVoss pieces are made from 925 sterling silver and are completely nickel-free.

Does water damage the jewellery?

925 silver handles everyday wear well, but we recommend keeping it away from sea water, chlorinated pools, and thermal water. For gold vermeil pieces, avoid contact with creams and perfumes — they can affect the plating over time.

How do I clean my jewellery if it tarnishes?

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. For light tarnish on silver, a jewellery polishing cloth works well. Avoid abrasive materials and chemical cleaners.

Do you offer repairs or customisations?

We don't currently offer repairs or custom pieces. If something arrives defective, contact us and we'll discuss the options.
